Personal Engagement with Repositories through Social Networking Applications: Final Report

Dans sa prochaine livraison (vol. 27, n° 3), Library Hi Tech propose un article intitulé "Wiki to the Rescue: creating a more dynamic intranet: This article describes a project to convert a library intranet from HTML format to Wiki software and presents evidence of the success of this project."

Je me répands rarement, sur ce blog, sur mes réalisations: une fois n'est pas coutume, donc. Nous avions, depuis 2006, un intranet statique. Début 2009, nous sommes passés à une formule wiki (j'ai utilisé la solution proposée par notre institution, TWiki). Je ne suis pas trop mécontent du résultat. Et ça roule.

Twitter : le hiératique contre le hiérarchique

Wikipedia in the catalogue?

L'université d'Etat du Kansas (E.-U.) a intégré des articles provenant de Wikipedia dans son Opac.

"[...] We have cataloged about 1,000 Wikipedia articles analytically at the State Library providing links via the Kansas Library Catalog, WorldCat/OCLC and the State Library’s consortium OPAC, ATLAS. Most all of the Wikipedia articles we’ve cataloged are concerned with Kansas, Kansans or current topics with few resources initially available via standard library resources. [...]"
